How to work with BOLT driver
1. Application download and setup
— Download a Bolt Driver application: find and download Bolt Driver in Google Play or App Store.
— Login: enter your login data you received during registration.
— Settings checking: make sure that all the permissions (GPS access, notifications etc.) are on for the correct application functioning.
2. Getting started
— Switch to “On line” mode: run your finger over “Get on line” button to start receiving orders. The client will see you as an available driver.
— Receive orders: as soon as you get an order you’ll see the information about the client, the price and destination. To accept the order, press “Accept”.
— Decline orders: if you can’t complete the order, please, decline it and it will pass to another driver automatically in a few seconds.
3. Completing the orders
— Navigation: use an inbuilt navigator in your app or choose the navigator you prefer to get to the client.
— Arriving at a place: as soon as you get to the address, please, press “Arrived” to inform your client.
— Going on a drive: as soon as the client get into a car, please, press “Start the drive”
— Finishing the drive: as soon as you get to the destination place, please, press “Complete the drive”
The application will calculate the drive cost automatically.
4. Payments
— Wire payments: if the client chose to pay with his/her card the money are transferred to your account in the app automatically.
— Cash payments: if the client pays cash just get the money and complete the drive in the application.
5. Rating and feedback
— Driver’s opinion: after the trip, you can submit your opinion about the client and rate him/her.
— Your rating: keep your rating up high to get more orders.
Respectful communication and clean vehicle will help with it.
6. Breaks and end of work
— Break: if you need a break just press “Logout” to stop receiving new orders.
— End of work: at the end of the working day, just switch off the “Logout” mode and quit the app.
7. Additional functions
— History of trips: you can see the history of completed trips and your earnings in the application.
— Support: if any problems arise, there is “Support” in the application where you can find the answers for your questions or contact the technical support.
